Two visiting scholars of KSC gave presentations on their research projects after completing year-long endeavors. Mr. Jong Bae Moon (Ministry of Justice, ROK) talked about some aspects the current Korean legal system where prosecutors' evidence-collecting power can be undermined, which makes a stark comparison with the US case. Dr. Choohyun Cho (Korea Energy Economics Institute) discussed the electric power distribution system in Virginia and its implications for South Korea.
